Karnataka Power Transmission Limited (ESCOMS)- Forms
The KPTCL(ESCOMS) is converting all paper forms to PDF (portable digital format) so that we reduce the use of paper (and the excessive cutting of trees that ensues). Many times forms get modified or updated and large number of pre-printed forms go waste. Hence the attempt is to digitize and make available pdf forms so as to conserve paper as well as make the latest forms available for citizens to use.
The forms have been organized based on the ESCOMS within KPTCL. If you cannot find a particular form you are looking for please inform as at www.kptcl.com and we will endeavor to create PDF versions for all forms that are in demand.
